When contracting a room, a participant reception and welcoming service, flipchart, whiteboard, notebooks, pens and water are provided. All meeting spaces have support equipment and furniture, Internet access, telecommunications, fax and photocopies.Choose the most appropriate room, the time you need (1 hour, ½ day, 1 day), the services provided (coffee-break and lunch, hostesses, secretariat support) and the equipment required (video-conferencing, TV, video projector etc.).
